Our voice lessons are designed for students of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to advanced singers. At Noteable Notes Music Academy, we work with students in Wheaton, Bloomingdale, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, and surrounding DuPage County communities to develop healthy vocal technique, strong breath support, and confident performance skills. Lessons are personalized to each student’s goals and may include classical, musical theatre, pop, and contemporary styles. Students learn how to use their voice safely and effectively while building musicianship, expression, and stage presence in a supportive and encouraging environment.

What Students Learn

Voice students develop strong fundamentals in breath support, diction, tone production, ear training, rhythm, and musical interpretation. Lessons focus not only on healthy singing habits, but also on helping students communicate emotion and perform with confidence. Students may also explore sight singing, music theory, microphone technique, and stage presence depending on their goals and interests.

Personalized Instruction

Every student learns differently, which is why our teachers tailor lessons to each singer’s age, experience level, learning style, and musical interests. Whether a student is pursuing voice lessons for personal enjoyment, school music programs, musical theatre, auditions, or serious musical study, lessons are designed to provide both encouragement and steady progress.

Beginner-Friendly Environment

No prior singing experience is required. We welcome beginners, returning singers, teens, and adult students in a positive and supportive environment where students can feel comfortable growing at their own pace. Our teachers focus on building confidence while helping students establish strong vocal habits from the very beginning.

Adult Voice Lessons

Many adult students choose voice lessons as a creative outlet, a way to build confidence, or an opportunity to reconnect with music. Our teachers work with adult singers at all levels, whether they are singing for the first time, preparing for community theatre, or continuing years of musical study.

Performance Opportunities

Students at Noteable Notes Music Academy have opportunities to participate in recitals, auditions, musical theatre performances, and other enrichment opportunities throughout the year. These experiences help students develop stage presence, poise, and confidence while sharing their progress with family and friends in a supportive setting.

Exams & Competitions

For students interested in more structured musical growth, our teachers may help prepare students for voice exams, competitions, honor choirs, auditions, and other advanced musical opportunities. These experiences encourage goal setting, discipline, and continued artistic development while helping students grow as confident musicians and performers.
