Free Movie Screening

Wheaton Public Library is hosting a free community screening of the inspiring and highly rated documentary "For the Left Hand". At 10 years old, aspiring Chicago pianist Norman Malone was attacked by his father and left paralyzed on his right side. Over the next several decades, he secretly pursues a mastery of the piano using only his left hand, before a chance discovery of his talent leads him towards his first public performance at age 78 -- Ravel’s treacherously difficult Piano Concerto for the Left Hand.
No registration necessary.
