Piano lessons faq
What age should my child start piano lessons?
Most students begin piano lessons around ages 5–7, but we also work with younger students and adult beginners. Our teachers adjust lessons based on each student’s age and readiness.
Do I need a piano before starting lessons?
Yes, students should have access to a piano or digital keyboard for practice at home. If you need guidance, we are happy to recommend quality beginner instruments.
How often should students practice?
Consistent practice is key to progress. Beginners typically start with 10–15 minutes per day, while more advanced students may practice longer depending on their goals.
Are recitals required?
Recitals are encouraged but not required. They are a great way for students to build confidence and celebrate their progress in a supportive environment.
Do you offer lessons for adults?
Absolutely. We welcome adult students at all levels, whether you are starting for the first time or returning to piano after many years.
