Annalee Abrahamsen

Annalee Abrahamsen began her musical journey at 4 years old on the violin and later at 12 years old, she started taking private piano lessons. After high school, she attended Fresno City College in her hometown of Fresno, California and studied piano and pedagogy under Dr. Brandon Bascom. He encouraged her to start teaching and quickly learned she loved it. In addition to running her private studio for two years in Fresno, she was a piano tutor at Fresno City College. She completed her Associates in Music Degree and transferred to Wheaton College Conservatory for a Bachelors in Music Pedagogy with an emphasis in piano. Currently, she studies piano under Dr. Daniel Horn at Wheaton College. In addition, she furthers her knowledge of the violin studying under Dr. Lee Joiner. Annalee wants to provide her students the tools to be able to sit down and play anything they want. She focuses her lesson time encouraging her students to find fun in learning music and building firm foundational roots.
