Anne Carlson brings over 40 years of experience in piano and vocal coaching to the Noteable Notes team in both the Wheaton and Bloomingdale locations. A natural kid magnet with a passion for helping students discover their unique musical journey, Anne brings her enthusiasm and creative teaching techniques to establish a solid foundation to build a life-long love of music for students of all ages and abilities.

Anne studied music education at Northern Illinois University with an emphasis on voice and piano studies. Her professional experience ranges from teaching early childhood students through adults, serving as Director of Music in multiple church organizations. Anne is also a requested studio vocalist on projects in the alternative music scene including albums featuring Billy Sherwood (Yes/Asia), Michael Sherwood (Toto) and Amanda Lehman (Phil Collins) as well as a featured vocalist in productions in the Chicagoland area.
