Mijin Elsner has been a piano teacher at Noteable Notes Music Academy since 2004, bringing over 30 years of rich teaching experience to students of all ages. She provides personalized instruction to school-age children through senior adults, and she truly enjoys watching her students grow in confidence, technical skill, and a genuine love for the piano. Mijin graduated from SookMyung University in Seoul, South Korea, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Piano. In addition to teaching at Noteable Notes and maintaining her own private studio in West Chicago, Mijin has a vibrant background in church music and collaborative performance. She served as a piano accompanist at Hanmee Presbyterian Church in Itasca for 15 years, where she also directed the handbell choir.
